This MISAPOR insulated concrete house was built in Balgach in 2008. The fair faced concrete walls were designed using “Formwork type 4”. The concrete formula that was used, consisting of CEM I + fly ash, creates the typical appearance of a fair faced concrete façade. The existing sunscreen was integrated into the wall cross-section.
