Description of property
On a narrow plot of land a monolith was erected, formed from projections and recesses. A ramp leads out from the plinth – over the residential floor onto the spacious roof terrace. This form was made possible by the uniform materials using the CIS system. The sandblasted, mineral-painted fair faced concrete outside, and the untreated white plaster inside, emphasise
the interplay between inside and outside with their special material qualities.
