This building was constructed in 2009 on the Mooshaldenstrasse in Wettingen. The fair faced concrete walls were designed using “Formwork type 4”. The addition of white cement to the concrete formula gives the property its special appearance. Visually, the simple, slime-line façade with the different sized window openings is an eye-catcher. In addition to this, the sandblasted and then deep-hydrophobic treated surface results in a refined look. Particularly worth mentioning is the park area on the roof of the house.
